My stay at The Pillar Hotel was a mixed bag. While the location was convenient and the staff warm and welcoming, the lack of dining options was a real downside. The room was comfortable but on the smaller side, making it a bit claustrophobic. Overall, it was a decent experience but not without its shortcomings.

The room was very good quality with a comfortable bed, but it felt quite small, and the bathroom was cramped. Air conditioning worked well, which was a nice touch.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but their willingness to assist with requests was somewhat limited, which was disappointing at times.

The hotel is located in a lovely, quiet area with great accessibility to Hendon Central Station and local kosher eateries. However, it's quite far from central London attractions.

There were very limited dining options available on-site, with no restaurant or bar, which was frustrating. I had to go out to find dinner after a long travel day.
Facilities

The facilities were generally good, including free refreshments in the lobby, but the lack of an onsite restaurant or room service was a major drawback.

The location, nestled in the heart of a vibrant community, was convenient for accessing local amenities, though it was somewhat far from major tourist attractions. My room was charming and comfortable, but a bit cramped for my taste. Overall, it offered great value for the price I paid.

My stay at The Pillar Hotel had its highs and lows. I appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff who made the check-in process smooth. However, the noise levels from the street and other guests disrupted my sleep, which was frustrating. Also, I had concerns regarding the handling of sensitive information during check-in. While the hotel has great amenities like comfortable beds and cleanliness, these issues held my experience back. 🏨😟

My stay at The Pillar Hotel was largely enjoyable. The friendly staff made a positive impact, though the dining options left something to be desired. I found the location convenient, especially for kosher food and shopping. However, the room's compact size was a bit of a drawback. Overall, I appreciated the modern amenities and cleanliness of the space.

The hotel's proximity to kosher food and shops in Hendon was excellent. However, it was a bit far from major London attractions. Using Uber made it manageable, but it was an added cost.

I found the breakfast options a bit basic. The continental breakfast was decent but not included in my rate. The Friday night and Saturday lunch offerings left much to be desired, as they sourced food from a takeaway.

The hotel itself was charming, with nice common areas and free refreshments in the lobby. Although I missed having an onsite restaurant or bar, the free Wi-Fi was a plus.
